Munich Christmas Market

We set out to see the Christmas market in Munich, by taking the train. It was a bargain - less than $30 covered the roundtrip for all seven of us (Dad wasn't feeling well, so stayed at the hotel) including the subway travel within Munchen. We had a great ride, nice views and no stress, and came up out of the subway smack in the middle of the Christmas market. Very cool - we set about shopping, eating and enjoying. We didn't let the rain get in our way - and it was a very fun day, even if it was definitely one to wear your longjohns!
