Church retreat at Hambachtal

In late March, we all journeyed to a part of Germany called the Hunsruck for a retreat with our church congregation on post. The weather the previous week had been very beautiful, with highs in the 60s. Then, the week of the retreat, we (and they) had snow! We stayed at a resort, in cabins with fireplaces. Meals were included, which meant chocolate spread and chocolate cornflakes for breakfast!
