Hochheim Markt

The town of Hochheim, which is very close to Wiesbaden, holds an annual market, with booths, food, rides, etc. We ventured over there a few weekends ago to check it out. It is a neat little town, with an 'altstadt' (old town) where the market was held. We took the train over; you walk from the train station up this hill, right through the vineyards and around this huge church to get into the old town area. It was cold, but we had a fun time. The boys managed to scam the lady at the gluhwein stand - or I should say, they CHARMED her. She came out from the stand just to give them a handful of cookies after Chris and I bought some gluhwein.
